By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All services require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 20% of the total service cost to secure your appointment. Deposit goes towards your total and remaining balance is due at your appointment.
You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment – failure to do so will result in forfeit of deposit.
Multiple reschedules will require an additional deposit of 20%. No shows will be charged a 50% service fee.
Please arrive on time and with clean lashes. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened, and depending on your arrival time will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete your service. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be automatically charged 50% of the service fee.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as far in advance as possible. Your deposit will be applied to your future booking if rescheduled in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, it will count as a no show. If you choose to reschedule at this time, you will forfeit your deposit.
Guest Policy
Please contact us directly 24 hours in advance if you wish to bring a guest. If you do not contact us before your appointment, your guest will not be permitted to enter the premises.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given under any circumstances once services have been performed. Lioness Beauty Den will do our best to accommodate any issues when they arise.
Fill Policy
If you show up to your appointment with less than 40% of your lash extensions, you will be given two choices:
1- a 45 minute fill will be completed and you will be required to book a normal fill within a week
or
2- if time permits, we will proceed with a full set
You are responsible for the fees required with your decision.
If you are coming from another lash artist, you will be charged a fee of $20 for foreign fills.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you can choose to be serviced for the remaining time or reschedule after paying the no show fee.
